If you’ve ever wanted to own a Spruce Hill Knits item while supporting a good cause, now is your chance!
My birthday is around the corner, and I am using this opportunity to highlight an organization I care about. I will be auctioning off a few knit items to support the Annunciation House.

I had a chance to serve at the Annunciation House while I was in college. Per their website, “Annunciation House is a volunteer organization that offers hospitality to migrants, immigrants, and refugees in the border region of El Paso, Texas. Since its founding in 1978, it has provided shelter, clothing, food, and other basic necessities for hundreds of thousands of migrants, mostly from Mexico and Central America. It also participates in advocacy and education around immigration issues and seeks to be a voice for justice and compassion, especially on behalf of the most marginalized of our society. Rooted in Catholic social justice teaching, the volunteers of Annunciation House live simply and in community, in the same houses as the guests we serve.”
100% of the proceeds from the auction will be donated to the Annunciation House. The starting price for bids is $10.00 USD. Shipping is free for all items and a local pickup option is available for anyone local to Philadelphia. Click the links on the items below to place a bid.
